“Hayley is a model student, and I'm so glad to have her in biology this year! She constantly works hard, and she grasps onto concepts quickly. She always helps others in the class and constantly goes above and beyond in her work. Thanks for being great!”

JUNIOR STUDENT OF THE WEEK

Name: Kalea Lewis

Reason for Nomination:

“Kalea went above and beyond to make sure our blood drive was a success this year.  She bravely wore the blood drop costume when no one else would, despite the fact that it was warm, large, and uncomfortable. She was able to get many sign-ups in a short time due to her sacrifice, and we would not have met our goal without her.  Because of the blood donations she scrounged up, many lives will be saved. She also donated herself.  Thanks, Kalea!”

“Grace appears to never have a bad day.  Her positive attitude, willingness to have fun in the class, and great effort towards her assignments make her an asset to the course.  Grace is planning to attend Mizzou in the fall.  Mizzou will be lucky to have Grace as a student.”
